Does anyone know of consultancies who do a good job of offering combined/seamless change management and IT services? I have been doing some research into this area and it seems that HR firms focus on the "people" issues and the IT consultancies on the "technology". The big firms (Accenture, IBM, CSC, EDS) appear to offer both but I'm not sure how integrated their services are.
Would appreciate any info/insights on this topic, thanks in advance! |

From personal experience, Andersen always offers a combined change management component with its IT services, as a best practice. Let me know if you would like more information. Sorry, I don't have any info on the other consultancies.
