Message: Hey, I was working doing customer support for a E-Security company, and was laid off recently in Boston and am now looking for a job in NY. I am wondering what the best certification to do network admin. I have experience working with 2000, however I have no experience with Exchange. I am thinking of getting some semblance of Unix Certification as well, however, I am wondering whether I should get Solaris Certification or Linux Certification. I currently have a linux box at home I can play around with, however I hear Linux is more of a workstation machine than a Server Machine, but if I get a Solaris box I would have limited exposure aside from the class room. The obvious first choice would be to find a job, but since the market is not that great, I figure certification is the way to go. Thanks for the help
