Hey OracleOCP,
Before you knock those hardworking "foreign tech. workers" (as you label them), put yourself in their shoes and recheck your attitude: perhaps it isn't just your technical skills that's coming into play here, but your silly antagonistic attitude that's holding you back.

Before you flag our friend's comments as bad attitude understand that companies and consulting firms are not bringing in foreign workers because they want to help the third world. They are importing the third world split between the wealthy and the middle class. Having recruited in this area I know the only function of these foreign workers is to keep the wage scale down for the positions being filled.
