Breaking into the CRM World |

I have a technical background, primarily industrial automation/ machine control, hardware and programming. I have been in sales in this field for about 10 years now. (BS in Computer Tech, MBA with Marketing concentration 1999). I am currently investigating the possiblities within the CRM field. Idealy I would like to have a position that would utilize both my technical programming skills and my sales/ customer skills. Any ideas on how to gain the specific skills required in this field?
