I currently work as a business analyst in the Information Management dept of a large health care company with a great reputation but am unhappy. The people are disgruntled and have very little accountability, there is a lot of politics, management is out for themselves and I am not utilizing my complete skills set in my projects. Should I leave for a lesser known company with a similar position and similar pay in the hopes that the company culture, people and working environment will be better?

You have the same problem that virtually every IT professional has. I honestly don't know what to tell you besides changing careers.
