Does anybody know if it takes longer for a comapny to reject a candidate than giving an offer? |

That has been my experience...I've had lots of offers, and most of them came quickly. Each time I was turned down it often took weeks to find out. Most people know who they want to hire right after the interview is over. If you don't hear back soon, that means they're in disagreement between themselves on who to hire or have simply decided not to hire anyone.
