Without question, they are staff augmentation. Culture is very odd...in general, most of the people are those who could not cut it in the big firms. I, as well as others, made the mistake of joining and came to regret very quickly. My advice is do not join. |

the culture there is indeed very odd...I never worked there but went thru several interviews for an internal position. The hiring manager didn't want to hire me but went thru a two month long song and dance because he didn't have the guts to say so. The interview process was extremely weird....they asked me all sorts of questions designed to find out things they aren't supposed to ask, for example, they kept asking me for my graduation dates in order to ascertain my age. All five or six interviews were done over the phone. In the end, the HR person told me that the hiring manager had decided "not to hire people from big companies", and that was that...despite the fact that they knew my work history up front and put me thru a gauntlet of interviews. Pay is less than stellar.
