Have anyone heard of Manhattan Associates, are they are good consultancy firm????? |

The culture is really bad. A lot of micromanaging. HR doesn't care about any issues reported to them. The consulting group is very undiverse. If were in a fraternity and you love to talk about sports and alcohol, then yes, it may be a fit for you. Other wise...stay away from this company.
This company has grown so fast in the past couple of years that they are forgotten about thier employees. Everything there is about the bottomline without regards to the happiness of their employees.
