Also, on a related note, Arcadia has a great reputation in their industries because they do not have the same bureaucracy as many of the large consulting firms and they are non-technologically allied.
Lacking beaurocracy means is that generally Arcadia gets solutions created faster and more efficiently for their customers without excessive pricing strategies. Most of the time, they have both senior and junior level consultants working on the projects simultaneously, and there is no pure "overhead" on any one project, so everyone who is overseeing a project is also working on it, therefore eliminating (mostly) communication mishaps between workers and pure managers.
Being non-technologically allied means that when they implement compensation systems or EMR systems, they do a comparison to find the BEST product (buy or build) that would suit the needs of the individual client. Most companies usually ally themselves with a particular software vendor to receive bulk discounts, but this usually means the system is not ideal for each company.
Again, I hope this information proves useful to someone out there! |

I found your message to be informative. I worked as a techincal project manager and what you said makes sense. My former employer was allied with a very popular software company much for the same reasons mentioned in your message. Thanks for the info.
