Can someone suggest a good online forum to locate a sales engineer who has experience with Java Enterprise? The compensation is good - base $90K with EPE around $110K - but someone who's mid-level in their tech career with good people and sales skills is hard to come by. We're definitely open to looking for someone who wants to make the jump from consulting to full time.
