There are only a few states where companies are required to pay-out accrued vacation.
Many reputable companies pay-out accrued vacation regardless of whether they are legally required in their state.
Adjoined is not one of those companies. |

If you have the vacation already approved, they must, by NYS law, pay out your vacation, but if you only have the vacation accrued, then they are not forced to pay it out.
