I have over 5 years experience in Business process transformation, cost reduction, problem solving quantitative and strategic analysis as an internal consultant for a major airline in US. I enjoy the role and would like to broadbase by joining a management/strategy/operations consulting firm. I have a MS degree in Engg & Tech Mgmt (2004). Most of the companies seem to hire freshers out of college. How do I as an individual with some experience seek a full fledged career in consulting?
and how do I go about it? I appreciate your inputs?
