It seems like you know quite a bit about the particular company. I am actually interviewing with them. Would it be possible for us to continue this conversation offline? If so, please email me at itslikescreamingatawall@hotmail.com.
I'd appreciate any additional information. Thank you. |

Just call me Deep Throat
I know more than I care to know about Adjoined. Did you happen to count how many times the words "Adjoined has a compelling story to tell" came up during the interview?
Im sure that there are still some fine people over there but bear in mind that sh*t rolls downhill very fast at this company. They look for a certain "pedigree" as if they were shopping for a hound instead of valued and trusted employee; if youre not of the Big 5 or 4 at this point and out of Princeton or Columbia youre up against it. Remember these guys (Rod and Andreeewwwww) came from Accenture but had their roots in the placement business. They pretend to be more than they are but put trousers on one leg at at time
If youre pending for their "NY" office (as if they are ashamed to say they are located in NJ) you will be doing Documentum
or hacking thru Java code out in the boonies of NJ til the cows come home; and when the project is up...look out
The bait and switch job they pulled on their employees 401K plan was like something out of a bad movie about corporate malfeasence; switching from a 25% company match to (you guessed it) zippity doo dah. Something had to give to finance all those acquisitions (Plaut and Cima)
Thats all for now...meet me in the parking lot of the Watergate for more info mwahahahaha
