I must concur with Hottie
This firm is a shill; a glorified bodyshop. Disjoined as opposed to Adjoined.
You will get to spend about 1 hour on the bench before your job is in jeopardy
They are an SAP staff augmentation shop for one
The pharma project work is nothing buy Documentum work done at such steep discounts that the projects continually lose money; a quandrey they have been in for years
They cannot keep what little work they have staffed
They espouse an "organic growth" philosophy but only grow by acquisition; buying up smaller shops to acquire a client or 2. True organic growth comes from within, from adding new clients and projects based upon work that excels. Not from writing a check from your VC to acquire 25 person consulting firms
The work in the food industry is an outgrowth of one of their larger clients in the sugar business but rumor has it they so screwed up the McCormick account that it took a white knight of a consulting firm, other than Disjoined, to save the day.
They left the Financial Services strategy field because they couldnt hack it at JPMC in NY
The CEO and COO (Large Man and Randy Andy) are such megolomaniacs as to be utterly unapproachable; but then again what CEO or COO is approachable
Take it from one who knows both BearingPoint and Adjoined....BearingPoint head and shoulders above; even with all their problems
