I've been with Adjoined for a few months with the "New York" office (which is really in Jersey City). I think the firm is pretty reasonable - competitive salaries, decent management (as long as client as happy and project is profitable, they're relatively hands-off). People have high expectations, but if you want an easy 9 to 5 job, don't go into consulting. Projects use a mix of contractors and employees; philosophy is to keep as few people on the bench as possible. If its not clear a skill set is going to be in demand long-term they'd rather bring in contractors than lay people off like some of the other consulting firms. |

I worked for them for a while and its pretty obvious you're drinking Rod's cool aid.
Obviously you're a guy becasue I guess you haven't noticed they have no women in mgmt. They had a woman hding marketing but they fired her in under 90 days and all the feedback I heard was she was great.....which Rod and Randy-Andy had a real problem with.
So enjoy your time. It's really an aweful place quite frankly.
PS...the Stepford Wives posting was so on mark it was scary....like putting lipstick on a pig...too funny
