Hi,
I am looking for consulting companies that have an outstanding track record in innovation management.
What is meant by 'innovation management' : Setting up procedures (or methods, etc) to increase the value, reactivity, use, adequation, etc, of R&D departments in a company.
What is not meant : working in the R&D department as an engineer or technician.
Well, if you can, please be specific about :
- The company operates in the US only or in Europe (including France), or Worldwide
- "Rank" as an innovation consulting company
- "Rank" against top Consulting companies (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Booze, etc)
- Knowledge of materials, engineering
