With spring in the air, hormones in my office are raging. I work within a small group of people; we're all pretty close, and we frequently work late together. The flirtation is getting heavy, and I'm worried what was once a minor flirtation in the winter could heat up. And I can't say that I don't want it to do that right now. But what could be the lasting repurcussions? Can someone give me advice, if this scenario has happened to them? Muchas gracias.
