Is this really bad? We have a 19 yearold intern in our office, a gymnast from Duke. She's very flirty and I'm finding myself thinking about her all of the time. Don't get me wrong, I'm no old guy (i'm still in my twenties). Would it be awful for me to ask her out? If so, how do you suggest? Coffee, drinks, movie?
