Having a relationship (sexual or otherwise) with a coworker is problematic as it is but to sleep with you boss is a disaster waiting to happen. Don't do it, it will only complicate things and if word gets out, it will create resentment among your coworkers and you'll be fodder for malicious office gossip.
The workplace is dysfunctional enough as it is so don't complicate matters by screwing around with your boss. I learned the hard way that it's best to keep your personal life separate from your work life. When you mix the two, you have the potential for ruining both. Inasmuch as oil and water don't mix, neither does sex and the job.
