With spring in the air, hormones in my office are raging. I work within a small group of people; we're all pretty close, and we frequently work late together. The flirtation is getting heavy, and I'm worried what was once a minor flirtation in the winter could heat up. And I can't say that I don't want it to do that right now. But what could be the lasting repurcussions? Can someone give me advice, if this scenario has happened to them? Muchas gracias. |

I had an affair with an office co-worker in the small company I worked for. It was disastrous - worse than high school!
He told everyone. I was treated differently. I could tell that respect for me was diminished and the environment was too small to get away from. I eventually quit, found employment at a larger company and have no intention of ever taking my pants off for a co-worker again.
You think he/she is one in a million...thats not enough! There are 3 billion people out there of the opposite sex..find one of them to fool around with.
