I'm writing an article on office romance and I'm interested in talking with people who are involved or have been involved in a romance at work. In particular, I'm interested in how you handled the situation in relation to your co-workers -- did you keep it a secret, did you tell the boss, how your friends at work react, etc.

I'm currently in that situation. I started working at this company and have become closer with someone from the site management company. We don't work for the same company but we work in the same office space.
We started going out as friends about 2 months ago and both agreed to keep the "relationship" from our respective co-workers.
We did go out to lunch more frequently and out together after work, but stayed as far away from each other as possible in the office.
Neither of us want to say anything to people from work, and this is the first case of interoffice "dating" for either of us.
My company has since moved out of the office, but I'm still hesitant to bring him out when i go out with my co-workers, since they all know who he is.
We'll have to see what happens.
