I work at a local gym and the owner insist on hiring his girlfriend at the time to work the front desk. Then when he is tired of her or someone better comes around he cuts the former girlfriends hours down and then eventually they are fired. He also tells them that it is not because they don't do their job, but he can no longer work with her.
I am writing an ethics paper and I need to contrast this situation with another can any one help me? Thank you
