Well, I just left a place in which my 'supervisor' was a consultant just like myself. This guy was a pain in my a$$! I got praise after praise for doing a good job but all he could do was give me grief over something or another. Plus, from what I hear he nearly came to blows with almost all of his coworkers before I got there as well. But, he kisses his bosses butt so hard that she only believes him. Who knows, maybe they are sleeping together or something. Here are some examples of the stuff that he did to me. He went looking for me when I left my seat. He berrated me for coming in late when it snowed, when others didn't even come in. He wanted to know who I had spoken to on the phone so he reached over me to do a call-back on the phone. He got a woman from another department to say malicious rumors to my real boss (his so-called boss). He just tried to push my buttons every which way. He is all smiles and two-faced.
