when your boss wants you to take a side, then goddammit, you take a side and pray that that side wins, otherwise you're out of a job. and if you don't take a side, then you're disloyal and out you go, too. so you're advice really ain't practical. i agree with the other poster that you are a dork. i will go further and say that you suck as well.
