Run away screaming like your hair is onfire! D&T or any other Big-4 shouldn't even com into th e picture if you're considering an operational position at NG versus consulting for D&T.
Why? If you're junior, you'll spend all of your time traveling (not such a bad thing), but the burnout rate can be a real bear. Additionally, as you move up, you'll be expected to sell more than perform cool work. Its all about selling HOURS, not having a cool job. The pressure can be enourmous.
