Do they pay overtime in Navigant?
Also, how are the bonuses like (around 5-10% of the yearly salary)?
I'd really appreciate it if someone could enlighten me on this subject.

No you do not get overtime. You are a salaried employee at NCI if you are any sort of consultant. You do not clock in and clock out.
The actual calculation for bonus is not published; however, you can expect it to roughly be 10% of your annual salary, depending upon how high up you are. Anything MC or below would be @ 10%
