In Reply To: Have a first round interview this week. Would appreciate any info about the interview process, starting salary for a "consultant"(Entry Level MBA, limited work experience, Finance/Accounting) and typical work day/week. Also, a simple answer to "how do you like working at Navigant?"
Message: Salary depends on the sector and service line, and your experience, references, who you know, what you've done, and how smart you are. You can command more by acing your interviews. But, they will negotiate a salary based upon your office location, i.e. if you were located in D.C. but traveled all the time, you would still make more money than someone in Atlanta who traveled just as much, but that's because of cost of living issues. A salary around the 50s is practical. Ask for a signing bonus.
