I am a BBA and have a full time offer at ZS Associates and Navigant Consulting. ZS has a better offer in terms of compensation, but which is a better brand to get into MBA and also for future considerations. |

Looking more into ZS. NCI is known to pay less than most of the legacy firms. It's respected, but many of its policies aren't streamlined across sectors, much less across service lines. NCI make a lot of acquisitions, and has a lot of hires from legacy firms, and a GREAT deal of hires from Arthur Anderson. They don't really do slash and burn anymore, but what I would do if you really want to go for NCI, is tell them to match your offer from ZS. I have recommended that to friends and it has always worked. And be sure to ask for a signing bonus.
