How often does the company actually make people reimburse a portion of the training costs in IIG should they leave within a certain time frame? Second, what measures do they take to try and get back some money? Would they even care if its less than 10k or do they focus on those that leave after 1-1.5 years when the costs incurred get well above 100k?? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
