I have offers for a developer role from both Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. They are both very good companies but I have to choose one of them.
Goldman Sachs is doing extremely well as a company but it doesn't seem very flexible (For instance, my offer letter states what division I will be working for; equities trading).
I remember having a very nice time at my interviews with Morgan Stanley and it has an excellent training programme. Morgan Stanley hasn't offered me a fix position yet. I would decide what I want to do during the training programme.
Any advice would be very appreciated. |
