I just accepted an offer from Morgan's Individual FI Group in Westchester. I'll be a floor analyst, a liason between retail brokers and FI traders. I've been told the turnover in my position is high, a result of great potential opportunities. My hope is to move up to trading ASAP.
I'm not yet informed about the compensation/career track for traders in this area, but am hoping to learn some more soon. I am beginning next week and will post any info I come across... anyone else have any insight? |

stantonm3 - I am very interested to hear about your experiences in the position (both in interviewing for the position and what the job entails). Unfortunately I do not have any insight to the position as of yet. If I receive some insight from others I will post it on this board.
