Looking on the UBS and MS websites I see that some offices have 50 or even 100 advisors?
How much inter office competition is there for clients/new accounts?
Would it be better to go to a larger office (I guess more of a team dynamic) or smaller office (less competion) if you had a choice?
Anyone think of joining a already established team? How would the commsision and such work?
