Hi,
I have got an offer for a VP role at Morgan Stanley Technology area-Retail side. What is the salary range for VP's with 15 years exp and what was the bonus % for 2005. They are offering me 125K and are not willing to commit to any bonus. Should I proceed forward?. How is the technology group?. Some people are trying to discourage me that it is a sweat shop. Is that so?. Any input is greatly appreciated.
