Morgan Keegan is full of Soouthern elitest white people who feel that the fact you are there is favor enough. Never mind that you work your azz off. There are not alot of us and we all know each other, which is good but sad because there are 21 floors in the MK Tower. Though we all don't work on the same floor, Half of us (Blacks) work on one floor. If you are not a redneck you don't fit in at Morgan Keegan. Jeff Foxworthy would be made Managing Director, while Colin Powell would be reduced to mail runner. Those who have been at Morgan Keegan for more than 10 years are given all graces no matter how incompetent and unprofessional they are. Probably because they have seen the President of the the company in his underwear. Please know that there are a handfull of good apples but Beer and Boobies are the topic of conversation. It is utterly disgusting. The compensation is a joke for ALMOST everyone. If you are a woman "period" you are continuously raped on wages. The bonus pool is like a carrot they put in front of you and when you, if you get something Uncle Sam takes half of it. Please give me my money all year long. With all of that said there are some bright sides. For those who are able to thread water together we keep afloat. Complaining about the wages and the attitude and incompentence of management. If you get fired from Morgan Keegan you are truly a moran because NOBODY gets fired, except people who fall asleep while the Director of the Private Client Group is speaking. Oh, did I mention that people drink religiously and I think that person had to have been on drugs or something.
