I really like monitor, so I was over-the-moon to be offered a job, but then the offer came through. The offer is 15-20% on the wrong side of my other offers from similar consultancies (taking into account benefits).
Is under-compensation a characteristic of Monitor?
Will I feel under compensated relative to my peers for the duration of my consulting career?
Should I take a higher offer from a company that I don??t like as much?
I appreciate that ??fit?? is the most important factor in making a company choice, but I am going to give the best working years of my life to a firm and I expected to be paid accordingly!!!!
