In Reply To: This is not the place you want to work. For every 1 positive comment, you'll find thousands of negatives. Met is a shell of its former self, and there may be no worse company to work for. You will be miserable and no bonus will cure that. Don't take the pay cut. Don't accept any offer at any price. Morale sucks. As a new manager, you'll be viewed as the enemy. You'll get no support, and may even be undermined. Your first year you will not make your bonus, and you'll be told that's normal. Your second year will be a different excuse.
Message: I was made promises by management on a large deal that I put thru. I have been waiting for 5 months for the payment that they promised me. I keep getting told that they (management) are working on it. I have not even gotten the monthly income from the sale as they are lumping that into the "they are working on it". Don't take the job. Promises are broken!
