How about a vp role requiring 7-10 yrs retail financial service experience, mba/six sigma preferred. Job is along the lines of vp of project mgmt for the Managed Solutions Group? Does anyone know if the salary band is $100-125K more or less? Any insight on this type of position / unit? Any clue if they offer sign-on for vp'S? Vacation allotted? Any other benefits / perks? |

Salary Band of $100-125 seems correct for this experience. Vacation for VP is 4 weeks vacation, plus the standard 4 personal days----so around 5 weeks altogether.
