I've had the final round for ML investment banking so my answer may not be so applicable to Capital Markets but...I had 2 interviews in all, with the second one being on the following day. They asked a few technical questions but mostly fit questions. But if you don't know the technical stuff, talk through what you know, it's more about whether you want to learn. Mostly, I think they're looking for people who know what they want and why they want it and for people who are upbeat...just because they're going to have to spend the summer with you.

Thanks for the reply. My resume is strong but I am not from a target school. I feel confident to have gotten this far. I'm prepared for the basic capm, wacc, stuff - I just hope I don't get anything really heavy. Please let me know if you get the offer as I know they extend them quickly after the final interview if you are chosen.
