The ranges are pretty wide at the VP level, but without knowing more about the specific role I would suggest base in the $100K-$125K area, with all-in around $150K or so. |

How about a vp role requiring 7-10 yrs retail financial service experience, mba/six sigma preferred. Job is along the lines of vp of project mgmt for the Managed Solutions Group? Does anyone know if the salary band is $100-125K more or less? Any insight on this type of position / unit? Any clue if they offer sign-on for vp'S? Vacation allotted? Any other benefits / perks?
