What are some of the better ibanking groups at Merrill Lynch. What are Financial Sponsers, Media, Leveraged Finance, and NY Tech like? In terms of culture deal flow exit opportunities? I know healthcare is one of Merrill's best groups, what would be the exit opportunities from that group? |

The other poster knows what he's talking about, because the Sponsors group at ML is probably one of their worst groups. I wouldn't sign on to work for them. Healthcare at ML is decent, but it's better at UBS and some other firms. ML is not really known for it's tech deals, so I don't think it's that great. For tech, you should probably go to GS or CSFB. At ML, in my opinion at least, it's M&A or bust.
