Don't get a bump in salary in first FY |

full year FY assoc:
95k salary + bonus of 145k (or did you assume i'd get a sign-on bonus to compute that 240k total?)
full year SY assoc:
105k salary (guess?) + bonus of 165k to 205k?
just want to confirm the assumed breakdowns (like 2nd year salary) to best understand ranges. thanks again for your knowledge, very very helpful! |

Your first 4 months on the job you get a sign on of 30K, relo of 10K and 31.7K in salary (1/3 of 95K)and a stub of 60K (so around 130K all in) Then you are considered a first year.
