I think Merrill has a wider band of top performers. so if you do well you will get rewarded. I saw 3rd years in the top 10% get 180K this past year. Includes 75 base and 105 bonus. Associate level expected a 35 K bump if you do well, average 200 maybe. Also if you are in M&A you will get paid more, like 20K more than other places. |
