I received the green light to do an undercover exclusive, which will be run within a month or two, from a network we all know well. They're worry and reason for not being able to compensate us is because they feel it is controversial who and how were obtaining our information may lead to law suits...so the top person saw what we had, wants three more, and wants to interview me on a major show - equivalent of Nightline lets say. How do I broker deals with this network when our relationship must be one of "independence" for them to have us on a MAJOR show which I know will run, who will be interviewing myself, etc...Anyone have any familiarity with this?
