In Reply To: Hi March, I just got an offer from MCK in their BTO practice and I am an experienced hire. I suggest you read my post as I have shared my experiences and what the overall process was. I did not have anything out of the ordinary and it was fairly case focussed. I can tell you though that I met with a lot of partners and no associates or EMs. A couple of the interviews were a little more probing on the background and the experience I do not think they will differentiate if the recruiter called you, so I would say no, dont chill out. I would say really practice on the cases and have a good story to tell. If you are a top 10 MBA then that will definately help if not you will have to do well in your cases and also impress that your skill set can be leveraged. Hope this helps
Message: just to be clear on a comment in the previous post, you will still have to do well on your cases even if you do have a top 10 MBA. :)
