As pointed out, this wasn't a great question - the poster had clearly not done any research on McK, but I figured I'd at least answer and point them in the right direction to learn more about the firm. If they have further questions later that require insider knowledge, I'll give insider knowledge. This question didn't deserve more than a 2 line answer.
What more helpful information would you have given?
