I'd say it'd be very hard to get into the process then you had best wow them during the interviews etc. With your work experience your best bet would probably be to go in as an experienced hire. Lastly, I don't really understand how you have an MBA but it's not from a B-School. As I'm sure you know McK recruits from only the best schools any exceptions to this are very very rare. This is probably your biggest issue. |

Thanks for the reply. I meant to write...reputable B-school. I chose to take the distant learning method for my MBA because I work many hours. I got my MBA from an accredited online school however I realize how many employers view this type of degree. I am hoping the mixture of my experience and education could overcome that. I think I can wow them if I can just get into an interview. I have many measurable accomplishments in my experience that proves I can make a difference in any organization.
