May I ask how many years' work experience do you have?
or do you have an MBA degree??
I am also interested in BTO and have about 5 years' IT related work experience and have master's dgree in engineering...

Hi Blue,
I do have an MBA and around 7 years of work ex. I think the IT related work ex will deifnately help. I am not sure how they look at MS degrees.
Right now from what I understand this practice is doing experienced hires so you have a shot. I would also consider the big 5 as an option
