In Reply To: how is junior research analyst different from business analyst? when does recruiting season begin for offices in Germany ? thanx.
Message: Junior Research Analysis is very different to Business Analyst. A research analyst works in our Research and Information department. They are not on a "consulting track" to partner, and it is generally difficult (although not completely impossible) to transition across. A Business Analyst is a 2 year contract, usually offered MBA sponsorship, and then returns as an associate - it is a consulting position. In Germany a Fellow is the equivalent to a Business Analyst. The website will give more informaiton on the position. You can apply anytime - the main bulk of recruiting from colleges takes place from Oct - Feb, so you have missed out this year, but you can call the offices and see if they are still recruiting for this year.
