Can you tell me what would be the range in salary that I can expect given my current offer and experience, if I were to apply in a couple of years as an associate.? Do associates have managerial responsibilities...my reason for asking is because I would be coming from a role where I would be managing consultants and analysts ranging from 1 to 10+ people.
