Thanks for the feedback, I just got my offer from Accenture so there would't be enough time for me to apply and get an offer from Mckinsey before my Accenture offer expires/start date. That is why I was thinking of applying in a couple of years so it doesn't seem like I jumped ship too early yadyadayada......if at that time Mckinsey doesn't give me what I want, then I will just have to bounce to Accenture's competitor for more money...Deloitte Consulting lol...

PS, I have seen several posts on here where people are asking questions about how to prepare for their interview as an EM....I know it's gonna be tough but I will at least try...hopefully the worse case scenario would end up being me having to decide on an Associate offer from the firm and not a flat out rejection. |

I read this board a lot too and have not seen people asking about EM interviews, as it is very very rare. People are frequently asking questions on this board about interviews for EH - Experienced Hires. But those people will still start as associates and work their way up.
Best of luck with the new job. As you said, you can always apply to McK in a year or two if you are still interested, but it will more thean likely still be for an associate position.
